Anterior planar (a, e) and SPECT/CT axial, sagittal and coronal (b–d and f–h) images revealed a lesion in the duodenum (yellow arrows) and peripancreatic lymph node metastasis (red arrows) from gastrinoma. The patient underwent duodenum-cefalo-pancreatectomy.
